Our client is seeking qualified and experienced Chefs for casual ongoing work for thier healthcare site. Chefs would need to be able to work during the week, evenings and weekends on an ongoing or casual bases. Ongoing opportunities for the right candidates would be available.

Your Responsibilities:

• Food Preparation and ability to work autonomously in fast paced environments
• Passion for delivering exceptional quality while maintaining consistency of food served in all kitchens
• Ensure the highest possible standard of hygiene and cleanliness is practiced and maintained within the kitchen and related outlets.
• Strong adherence to HACCP controls
• Have a confident and outgoing personality with high level of verbal communication skills
• Organisational ability including; time management, task prioritisation and resource scheduling.

What you need:

• Chef Trade Certificate or Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
• Healthcare experience
• Excellent communication skills and presentation
• Current National Police Clearance
